Back From the Dead is the fith episode of season one of Airport Z, and the mid- season episode. The survivors follow a young woman to an airport with survivors. It is based on days 15/16 of the apocalypse, and features the first appearances of many imposrtant characters, such as Mila, Lauren, Mona and Reezo.

The survivors receive an unexpected visit by a young woman named Lauren. She promises safe haven on the airport, and they all agree to go there.
